Google User Data (Google API Services)

When you connect your Google account, we access Google user data only within the scope you explicitly grant during OAuth consent. We use this data solely to provide the features you request. Specifically:

• Access: only the minimum Google data necessary for requested functionality is accessed, limited to approved scopes.
• Use: Google user data is used only to perform actions you initiate in GFormTasker.
• Storage: we do not store Google user data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
• Sharing: we do not share Google user data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit direction.
• Limited Use Compliance: our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Google OAuth Scopes Requested

We request only the minimum scopes needed to authenticate you and personalize your experience:

• email: used to identify your account and communicate essential service-related information.
• profile: used to read basic profile information such as display name and avatar.

We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google data beyond the scopes above. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Security Permissions.

Data Sharing

• Service providers: we may share necessary information with vendors who help operate the service under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by applicable law or legal process.
• No selling of personal data: we do not sell personal information.

Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We apply safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Advertising Partners

We currently do not serve advertising within GFormTasker or use Google user data for advertising. If this changes, Google OAuth/API data remains excluded from advertising and analytics sharing.

If you are a California resident, you may request access, deletion, and information about collected categories and use purposes. We do not sell personal information.

GDPR Privacy Rights (EEA/UK)

GFormTasker is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
